Rafa Archiduque is a well-known painter of wargame miniatures and works as a boxart painter for various brands. This set contains a selection of shades for painting miniatures from the Mahdi Uprising, which took place between 1881 and 1899. The colors in this set allow you to paint figures of both Mahdists and Egyptian and British soldiers of various formations. Although the range of shades could be much wider, you will find in this set a good starting point for projects of this conflict. The shades are sized to paint 28mm miniatures, base color plus one or two highlights.

The 3 Gen Series paints are the latest generation of acrylic paints offering unparalleled adhesion, the highest quality pigments for great coverage in just one coat and a matte finish.

Additives prevent the paint from delaminating in the bottles and eliminate brush marks. When diluted, they are suitable for airbrush painting, and their special formula and very fine pigment reduces nozzle clogging and reduces paint drying on the needle. The paints are non-toxic and odorless.

The paints are ideal for brush painting. They are also suitable for airbrush painting especially if you do not want to use paints with a strong smell. The paints are dedicated to plastic models and figures, but they can also be used to paint cardboard, wooden and resin models. Nothing prevents you from also using them for hobby work not related to modeling.

For airbrush painting, the paints should be diluted! We recommend the original AK Interactive thinner: 11500.

The palette includes standard colors (orange logo on the bottle), strong vivid colors (yellow logo), delicate pastel colors (light blue logo), metallic colors (dark blue logo), inks (brown logo) and complementary products (gray logo).
