Ammo Mig 7818 is a basic set of assembly chemicals and accessories, conceived as a convenient starting point for building plastic models. The kit gathers the products most often needed for gluing and minor finishing work.

The set contains two plastic cements for different uses: an extra-thin capillary cement that flows into the seams between well-fitted parts, and a medium-density, slower-drying cement that is handy for parts needing longer positioning, such as individual track links. These are complemented by an acrylic putty, a brush and the versatile Ultra Glue acrylic adhesive.

Uses

The solvent cements bond plastic parts permanently — the capillary type works well on precisely fitted parts, while the slow-drying type makes it easier to assemble parts that need repositioning. Ultra Glue is an acrylic adhesive that leaves no residue and is suitable for photo-etched and clear parts as well as groundwork materials, paper and cardboard. The putty fills small gaps and imperfections, and the brush makes it easy to apply glue and putty.
