Their production technology makes it possible to obtain very small and delicate details, unattainable with injection molding technology. Most often, they are a much better-looking alternative to instrument panels, catches, hangers, mounts, air intake cover grids, etc. For models produced with short run technology, they can be an essential part of the kit.
