About the 101A coaches:

The 101A series was one of the most recognizable post-war PKP passenger coach designs, built by PaFaWag in Wrocław during the 1950s and 1960s. Known as “Ryflaki” (from the ribbed bodywork), they served on local and regional routes throughout Poland until the mid-1990s. Many were later modernized to extend their service life.
