About the Autocannone da 90/53:

The Autocannone da 90/53 was an improvised Italian self-propelled gun created in 1942 by mounting a 90 mm anti-aircraft gun on the back of a Breda 52 truck. While highly effective against enemy tanks, the vehicle was lightly armored and vulnerable to return fire. Only about 120 were built and they were mainly deployed in North Africa and Sicily, providing long-range anti-tank and AA support.
