About the Yak-7B fighter:

The Yak-7B was a single-seat fighter designed by Alexander Yakovlev’s design bureau. Powered by a Klimov M-105PF engine delivering 1,180 hp, it could reach speeds of around 600 km/h. Armed with one 20 mm ShVAK cannon and two 12.7 mm UBS machine guns, it proved to be a durable and agile aircraft, effective against Luftwaffe fighters like the Bf 109. It later gave way to the improved Yak-9 but remained a key step in Soviet fighter development.
