The Ammo Mig 20531 is a specialized acrylic thinner with added retarder, designed to improve paint control during both airbrush and brush application. It helps prevent paint from drying too quickly and reduces the risk of clogging in the airbrush.

Application:

This thinner is ideal for airbrushing, especially when working with advanced techniques such as shading, blending or applying thin transparent layers. The retarder component slows down drying time, allowing greater control over the final result.

A recommended ratio is approximately 30% thinner for base coats. For more diluted applications such as filters or glazes, the ratio can be increased as needed.

It can also be used for brush painting, improving paint flow and ensuring smoother application.

ATOM series paints are modern water-based acrylic paints designed for maximum performance with both brush and airbrush.

They feature excellent self-levelling properties, fast drying time and high covering power. Their formula allows for smooth, even finishes without streaks or marks. For airbrush use, the paints should be thinned with dedicated Ammo products: ATOM Thinner and Cleaner (ATOM-20500 / 20510 / 20520) or ATOM Thinner and Cleaner with Retarder (ATOM-20501 / 20511 / 20521), which improve flow, control and drying time.
