This Hobby Boss kit represents the late-war version of the German Panzer III, designated Ausf.M. It features an improved cooling system, additional armor protection, and sealing modifications allowing limited amphibious operation. The model offers high detail, realistic surface textures, and precise fit, making it an excellent choice for World War II armor enthusiasts.

About the Pz.Kpfw.III Ausf.M:

The Panzerkampfwagen III Ausf.M was one of the final production versions of the German medium tank that formed the backbone of the Wehrmacht’s armored forces early in World War II. Introduced in 1942, it featured improved engine cooling, side skirt armor (Schürzen), and waterproofing for wading through shallow water. Pz.III Ausf.M tanks served on the Eastern Front, in North Africa, and in Italy. Though eventually outclassed by newer tanks such as the Panzer IV and Panther, the Panzer III remained a reliable and maneuverable fighting vehicle until the war’s end.
